"Rottmann is the head of a task force, which fights against organised crime. When he gleans that there is a mole in his team, he just wants one thing: to turn in the traitor. But then the tables turn arround and suddenly he is assumed to make deals with a drug clan. Actually, incriminating evidence is found, so that even his wife Corinna and friendly colleaguesdoubt him. Rottmann is sentenced to 7 years in prison. When he gets let off with probation after 4 years, he finds out, that Corinna and his son have been living with a different man for some time. He feels helpless and hallow. He can stay at the house of the bartender Nina, an old friend of his. Rottmann must proove his innocence. He contacts the boss of the drug clan, Arslan and it looks like he is changing allegiance. But in the end he manages to expose the traitor, with a clever chief attraction.
